The Capco Water SolutionsSuperTM VC-50 is a gas type, vacuum operated, solution feed instrument designed to provide a continuous and constant measured quantity of gas while in operation. Intermittent start-stop control can be achieved by interruption of the motive water supply either by manually operated valve or electrically operated solenoid valve. The instrument is arranged for floor mounting and incorporates a gas filter with flush mounted pressure gauges to indicate the gas pressure entering the chlorinator, water pressure gauges to indicate the water pressure available, a vacuum gauge to indicate the balance vacuum in the system, a vacuum regulator, a glass flowmeter with control valve, an ejector assembly with non-return valve and drain valve.

The Capco Water Controls' Super' Series SV 1500 Steam Vaporizer is designed to automatically vaporize liquid chlorine, sulfur dioxide or ammonia to provide high feed rates for gas dispensing equipment or other gas needs by using steam as the source of heat. These vaporizers are designed and fabricated in accordance with Section VIII, Div. I ofthe ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The entire unit meets Chlorine Institute guidelines for chlorine vaporizing equipment. The unit is very compact, highy productive, combined with built in super heater with common control. The Super' Series 7IP I I Gas Pressure Reducing & Shut-off valve is a diaphragm type gas pressure-regulating valve designed for use on chlorine Sulfur Diaoxide or Amonia gas service. The valve is used in a gas dispensing system to prevent liquefaction of the gas by providing a controlled pressure drop in the piping system. Downstream pressure is regulated to a reduced value by adjustment of the control setting. If the downstream pressure exceeds the pressure at which the valve is set, the gas flow will be shut off.
There are three models for use with a variety of control applications:
71 PI 101 L Manual, 71P1 102L Pneumatic, 7IP 1103 L Electric
All models are constructed with materials resistant to corrosion from gases being controlled. Valves use a self-centering half-ball stem with a soft Teflon seat for positive shut-off.
The control setting for the manual and electric valves are made by adjustment of a mechanical adjustment screw that applies spring tension to the loading diaphragm. The pneumatically actuated unit is controlled by pneumatic or hydraulic pressure applied to the diaphragm.
Fail-Safe operation can be accomplished using either the electrically actuated or pneumatic actuated units. Either can be configured to permit valve closure on power failure. (Venting of 3 way solenoid valve for pneumatic unit)

Capso Water Solutions Free Chlorine Residual Analyzer has been independently tested and proven to be a reliable analyzer for continuous, accurate residual analysis.

The potentiostatic-based amperometric instrument is designed to continuously analyze free chlorine in water, wastewater, cooling water and other process water applications.

The analyzer sample is gravity fed, eliminating the need for a sample pump. CL 7685 features a factory set monitoring ranges from 0-2 to 0-20 PPM which are easily field settable through the Analyzers Microprocessor settings. The Analyzer incorporates an electrode cleaning system which eliminates signal drift and the need for frequent calibration. Internal high & low set points are standard. The Super Automatic Switchover system Series AS-1042 provides safe, reliable switching between two gas (pressure or vacuum) or two liquid (pressure or level) sources assuring an interrupted supply of chemical to the application. Automation of all functions is done with an internal programmable logic controller for operational flexibility, enhanced reliability, and ease of use. If needed, local manual override is continently available for operator control to maintain continuous operation.

A unique graphic mimic panel simplifies system operation. Included on the graphic panel are four multi colored status lights for each supply source. Red light indicates valve open and dispensing, green light indicates valve closed, amber light indicates full source in stand-by and white light indicates empty source. The Super Automatic Switchover system Series AS-1043 provides safe, reliable switching between two gas (pressure or vacuum) or two liquid (pressure or level) sources assuring an interrupted supply of chemical to the application. A local manual override is conveniently available for operator control to maintain continuous operation.

The system consists of a 3 way motorized ball/plug valve in contrast to the regular 2 ball valve design in contrast to the conventional 2 independent valve design which are prone to failure and result in accidents due to flow from full battery to empty battery, this system is failsafe.

A Red light indicates Mains ON. Red light indicates valve open and dispensing, green light indicates valves closed, amber light indicates full source in standby, and white light indicates empty source. All Indicating Lamps are marked with labels. Two front panel switches provide for selection of automatic switchover or manual override, in case of manual override, which stream to open or close.

 Quad Point Gas Detector Model1690 provides continuous detection and alarming the ambient presence of low concentrations of toxic gases. The microprocessor-based receiver can accept input from up to four independent sensors each designed to accurately determine PPM levels of toxic gases. The Model 1690 Gas Detector is highly sensitive and detects and monitors gas levels well under OSHA requirements. The Capco Water Solutions India Emergency Toxic Gas shut-off system has been designed to satisfy the needs of users of gas cylinders with respect to health and safety concerns regarding the safe isolation of potentially dangerous gas cylinders.

The Capco Water Solutions system shuts down a ball valve, which is secondary to the gas cylinder valve, this ensures that if either of the valve fails one can manually switch offthe toxic gas supply.
